Before war, Morris had a wife, Leah Feldworm and two children, Shlomo and Chaya Sara.  The ages of the children were three and a baby less than one year old at the start of the war.  Morris’ wife and children did not survive.

I wanted to live at least one day after the war ended to see who lived and what the world had to say.
